Social Media Manager
We’re looking for an in-house Social Media Manager to further develop our client and partner relationships and spearhead our new social media service. You will be responsible for launching the social media service and offering, building social media strategies for clients and the internal marketing team, and working with the design team to create social media campaigns.
This is a varied role where you will primarily be working with the marketing team, and creative teams to help with the launch of our social media service, while ensuring to track its success and growth. In your down time, you will also support some other community engagement activities, to ensure our current partners and clients are receiving the best service. Due to this, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, with fantastic interpersonal skills who can represent Copy House and continue to grow our services and community.
You’ll enjoy being busy and working in a fast-paced environment all whilst providing stakeholders with a first-class customer experience. We are growing at an incredibly rapid pace and need the right person to hit the ground running.
Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities:
Working with the Copy House Marketing team, you will be responsible for liaising with colleagues across the business to develop and maintain a clear social media offering and service strategy
You’ll collaborate with content strategists to set, plan and implement social media strategies for clients as well as the Copy House brand
With the support of the Content Marketing and Design teams you will be responsible for creating engaging text, image and video content for Copy House and client social media and professional accounts
Playing a leading role when working directly with our clients in developing tailored social media strategies and using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the client’s company’s brand
Management and reporting of client and internal social media accounts including interacting with customers and other stakeholders, monitoring feedback and responding where required
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and conduct ongoing research into social media trends to respond to any changes and updates that are relevant to ongoing marketing activities
Ability to seek opportunities from potential partnerships and existing clients to drive our services forward
Social Media Manager requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Experience with B2B social media marketing on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
Ability to identify and track relevant community and social media campaign KPIs, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Excellent verbal communication and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Hands on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic
Knowledge of online marketing including email
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). This role gives you the chance to make a positive impact on a growing agency and join a great team.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
