Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team to support and manage our clients belonging to a range of exciting technology and FinTech brands. You’ll work alongside a dedicated project manager and team of content creators to provide the most engaging content and best service to our clients. 

Senior Account Manager duties and responsibilities:

• Serving as the first point of contact for all Copy House clients

• Working closely with clients and building relationships to make sure they are fully supported whilst identifying additional marketing needs 

• Taking a proactive approach to client management by looking for new opportunities to better support clients and support expansion of our existing services

• Working closely with colleagues to schedule projects, relay client feedback and ensure everything stays on track

Senior Account Manager requirements:

• +2 years account management experience ideally within a digital marketing background 

•  A track record in nurturing client relationships and growing accounts

• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects

• Proven proactive approach to client management, including an ability to find new ways to support existing clients.

• Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to hit the ground running

The Nitty-Gritty:

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). This role gives you the chance to make a positive impact on a growing agency and join a great team.

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
